it not so difficult to be a leader

Almost 2 years, posses this post. Leader of a community. Everyday there must hav a many thing to say and todo. There are some difficult and cooperative support ...but it never stop me to apply my duty to the community
Everyday there are lots of Agenda to fulfill, didnt realize a small community hav lots of commitment. to comply all this need courage and patients.
Lots of new faces and ideas came like pouring rain in the morning, a few were positive some are the negative. of course there are pro and cons. thanks for the support from friends and Associates. It balance everything.
As this Association are more my consent, its kind of huge responsibility, which involve many party s. need to understand the game and control it properly. Not everyone shall we satisfied them. not everybody can be fool or can be blame for any failure.
I hav loads of things to say......hope its enough for a day....
